Climograph

A climograph is a graphical depiction of the monthly precipitation and temperature for a specific place. Here is one for Manaus, Brazil. As you can see the coldest month of the year is August, but has one of the highest amounts of precipitation for the year. http://www2.volstate.edu/kbell/climographs.htm

You have this in reverse. In a climograph the bar graph part is the precip and the line graph is the temp! This allows for comparison between different climographs, its called standardization and it just works -rugged individualism does not foster consensus-building in science.
